4. Audit and documentation

2. Property Viewing
After initial consultation we schedule the viewings and we visit the selected properties together. We also offer online presentation and full support for a remote purchase.
5. Handover of the Property
Signing the notarial deed and receiving the keys is the most important moment of the transaction. We accompany you every step of the way – from obtaining the NIE number to opening a bank account.
3. Property reservation
Signing of reservation contract and agreeing the date for completing the transaction. In this step the property is reserved and can not be sold or offered to other parties.
6. Post-Purchase Support
